Platform Utilization Usage terms
01. Service Access & Data Nodes
By accessing TeralisNode.digital, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our infrastructure analytics for managing distributed systems. You agree that all node telemetry visualized through our platform remains the property of the respective infrastructure owner, while the analytical methodology remains the proprietary intellectual property of Teralis Node.
Diagnostic efficiency reached by adhering to protocol boundaries
02. Liability Framework
Teralis Node provides analytics for distributed systems "as-is." We do not guarantee continuous network uptime. We are not liable for packet loss, hardware failure, or data node outages resulting from external provider issues.
03. Operational Boundaries
Usage of our tools for unauthorized penetration testing, high-frequency network disruption, or competitive reverse engineering of our analytics engine is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the node session.

SYSTEM INTEGRITY
Users must maintain valid auth-tokens for all data nodes integrated into the Teralis dashboard. Shared login credentials for enterprise accounts are prohibited to ensure audit trail accuracy.
DATA SOVEREIGNTY
Managed analytics do not equate to ownership. All underlying distributed systems telemetry remains the private property of the Client as defined in individual service level agreements.
Infrastructure Definitions
Distributed Node Network
Refers to the interconnected web of physical or virtual servers managed by the user that utilize Teralis analytics. Usage terms apply to each individual endpoint registered within our telemetry system.
Telemetry Data
Defined as the raw performance metrics, packet latency logs, and network health signals transmitted from the user’s distributed systems to our analytical core for processing and visualization.
Enterprise Access
Refers to the licensed administrative rights granted to an organization to oversee multiple node clusters and generate cross-network resilience audits.
