02. Liability Framework

Teralis Node provides analytics for distributed systems "as-is." We do not guarantee continuous network uptime. We are not liable for packet loss, hardware failure, or data node outages resulting from external provider issues.

03. Operational Boundaries

Usage of our tools for unauthorized penetration testing, high-frequency network disruption, or competitive reverse engineering of our analytics engine is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the node session.

Governance

SYSTEM INTEGRITY

Users must maintain valid auth-tokens for all data nodes integrated into the Teralis dashboard. Shared login credentials for enterprise accounts are prohibited to ensure audit trail accuracy.

DATA SOVEREIGNTY

Managed analytics do not equate to ownership. All underlying distributed systems telemetry remains the private property of the Client as defined in individual service level agreements.
